**Q: Why won't it let me ship to my address?**
A: Same. I got elevated up the chain of customer service. They logged in to my account and also tried adding it to cart. Tried shipping to 3 different states. Tried other flavors. I have had it shipped to my house 18 times with no problem. The Amazon guy called his boss and they coyod not figure out what the problem was. I see the price is 3 dollars higher now but I still can't order. Weird that the glitch has been going on for 6 weeks and hasn't been fixed.

**Q: Ordered by mistake. How do I return?**
A: It’s like $12 just find some kids playing video games or someone that looks thirsty, problem solved...unless you ordered hundreds. Then you need big boxes and a label!

**Q: Why do you keep drastically increasing the price per case?**
A: It keeps bouncing between $12 and $15. My theory is that it has to do with Subscribe & Save orders - the pricing algorithm increases the price when the bulk of Subscribe and Save orders are placed. I found that I could order several times a month for $12, but any time I tried Subscribe and Save it jumped to $15 on my next automatic order.

**Q: What's the point in offering 15% disc on auto ship if you order 5 or more cases if you're limited to only 4?**
A: It's not 5 of the same thing, it3s 5 products overall.  If you have 5 different things on auto then you get the 15% discount on all of it.

Example: If you have dog food, kickstart, bath tissue, handsoap, and napkins on auto you will recieve a 15% discount on all 5 items.
