When I ordered this strawberry 'powder', I had no hope that I would enjoy it.  Being a strawberry fan in a choco-holic world, I decided to give it a try.  This was a good $20.00 decision.  I buy good quality vanilla ice cream, then I pinch out appox. 1heaping tsp. of this powder and mix it into my dish of ice cream.  The flavor is real good--it is not sharply flavored, but still very good.  It is a 4oz. cannister, and should last a long time.  If the flavor is going to be long lasting remains to be seen.  I will submit an update in a few months.  Happily, the ingredients are all natural and listed as '100% Pure Freeze Dried Strawberries'.

Excellent product although a bit spendy. Arrived quickly and in great condition. Good for smoothies and as a flavoring. There is more in the canister than it originally seems so will probably last quite a while.
