Review: Great product - Haven't used it yet .. but looks great in quality and condition.
Review: Mint Condition Value for money - Excellent phone in mint condition not a mark on it for being a refurbished phone. Not used the camera yet but think it will be good one. I've just upgraded from the Samsung s9 plus and lot has changed so still trying to work round this one. I wish it still had a slot so you can put a sd card in it ,as some of my music is on the previous phone and will not play something to do with formatting. Some music is WA and needs to be MP3 No problems at all with fingerprint works perfectly I would recommend this phone Well worth the money

### ⭐ Beware dealing with URcouk

URcouk, Rubbish company to deal with. Ordered S24 referb in excellent condition delivery was a day late and a product that would be good at best arrived. Initiated a return immediately as it wasn't what was described by the seller, firstly they wanted me to pay for return postage despite them not supplying what I ordered. They didn't send a label as promised by amazon so I had to chase and print one which delayed the return. Now they want another 14 days to check it and then sort out a refund. That's over 20 days hanging on to my money for providing a different product than what I ordered! Very dodgy company at best, Amazon say they can't do anything. So just a waiting game to see if I get a refund.
