Dead silent most of the time. The small size (SFX and not SFX-L like a lot at this power) does help in SFF builds. The box includes some cable straighteners for tight runs, though for my purpose I'd rather have mesh around the cable bundles to keep strays from catching anywhere. Can of course buy my own, but at this price it would be nice to have it included as another option. Cables themselves are very short, which is fine for the SFF case I used, but I could see some slightly larger cases having issues. For a 850w Platinum, you are getting a lot of value for the money. Cables are easy to work with and just long enough. The on/off switch extensions is very convenient since some Sff cases have the PSU sitting inside plugged into an extender leading to the back without a switch. Noise is mainly audible on start up but after boot most of the noise is canceled out by other components. It’s quiet overall and temps are good; just warm to the touch.
