Review: Nice but expensive - These arrived packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and wrapped in paper, which keeps them from being crushed en route, and I appreciated that. They look nice. They're sturdy enough to maintain shape, and the tiny perforations help with even browning. Two things keep me from giving 5 stars. One is the price, which comes to $4 per mold. That's excessive. The second has to do with size. The molds say they're for baking 500g, so that's exactly what I used (I weighed my dough to make sure). Although the dough rose nicely, it wasn't nearly enough to reach the top of the mold. I think the molds would work better with more dough.
