I hate scissors with the fire of a thousand suns. Ever since kindergarten, I've struggled to use them to cut clean, straight or both. That's over 50 years of frustration with thousands of scissors or every size and type. These are literally the first ones I've ever used that suffer from none of the flaws every other scissors has. They're super comfortable to hold, right or left-handed. They're sharp as a razor. They cut straight, smooth lines without the least effort. I bake 3-4 times a week, and I can use these to cut a sheet of parchment precisely into identical halves just by eyeballing it. It's almost as if the scissors know how to go in a perfectly straight line without my guidance. Amazing. I use them in my kitchen, but also throughout the house for all kinds of tasks. They're such a joy to use I often wish I had more uses for them. Buy them now, before the price goes up again.
