## Overview

Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup is a rich, naturally flavored, preservative-free syrup offering 94 servings per 25.4 oz bottle. Handcrafted in Southern California, it delivers twice the cola flavor per pump compared to competitors, making it ideal for beverages, cocktails, and desserts. Certified kosher and low-calorie, it’s the go-to choice for health-conscious millennials seeking premium taste and versatile use.

## Description

Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup is manufactured from natural ingredients, contains no artificial flavors or colors, no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, and is certified kosher. It is richer and more concentrated than any competitive brand, so 1 pump of Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup gives you more delicious cola flavor than two, three, or more pumps of competitive brands! And Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup is not loaded with sweeteners like other cola syrups, so you get a true cola flavor. You can make your own carbonated cola beverage with Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup, your favorite sweetener, and club soda or seltzer water. One pump of Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup, 2 teaspoons of a sweetener (Amoretti Organolicious Light Blue Agave Nectar is an excellent natural sweetener with a neutral flavor and a low glycemic number), and 6 ounces of club soda or seltzer water should make a perfectly balanced cola to rival any store bought beverage. Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup is also safe to use with most home carbonating equipment. But there are so many other uses for Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup. Did you know that pure cola syrup has been used for generations as a natural remedy for upset stomach and nausea? Cola syrup has been used as a glaze for holiday hams for almost as long as there’s been cola syrup. You can also serve Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup over shave ice or as a flavoring for snow cones and slushies. Mixologists use syrups to create all sorts of different cocktails, and cola syrup is no exception. Have you ever heard of a cocktail called The Waylon? It’s a blend of Tennessee sour mash whiskey and cherry wood smoked cola syrup served over ice, with a slice of preserved lemon for garnish. Order our Amoretti Premium Cola Syrup to use with your home carbonating equipment, shave ice or snow cone maker, or your home slush machine. We feel you will be so pleased with the results you’ll want to find even more ways to use this versatile syrup.

Review: Superior quality syrup that tastes like old fashioned butterscotch - Definitely recommend. Even family members who aren't huge fans of butterscotch kept asking for butterscotch lattes. We bought several of the Amoretti syrups, and I’ll include all of them in this review. We’ve tried pretty much all of the major brands, including Torani, Da Vinci, and Monin. This is our favorite brand. In general, the Amoretti syrups are richer and have more complex flavor profiles. They are also thicker, which makes them more versatile because they can be used for drizzling or dipping or even baking etc, as opposed to most other brands that are meant only for adding to drinks. We like some flavors more than others. I’ll include all of the flavors we’ve tried. Our favorite flavors are amaretto and butterscotch (our family and guests have gone through two thirds of a bottle in only 2 weeks). Our least favorite flavors are hazelnut (it’s more sweet than nutty, and we prefer a more nutty flavor) and caramel (we definitely won’t buy caramel again but will definitely try cajeta and dulce de leche). Dark chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this chocolate syrup is. It is NOT cloying (overly sweet), and it is not creamy (they do have a milk chocolate syrup for those who prefer a creamy chocolate). This tastes like real cocoa - like a dark chocolate bar that’s been melted into a syrup. We usually buy the Ghirardelli dark chocolate syrup, but we will be switching to this syrup. It is the perfect syrup to drizzle over ice cream or make a mocha latte. Vanilla bean. This is good. Definitely better than Torani. What I like about this syrup is that they went in the right direction with more vanilla, which means you don’t have to put as much in your coffee. It’s still not as good as homemade vanilla syrup, but I also can’t keep homemade vanilla syrup in the fridge for very long. I’ll try their other vanilla syrup (which is three times the price of this one) and see if it’s closer to my homemade version. That said, this is definitely the best vanilla syrup I’ve ever purchased. Caramel. This is our absolute least favorite of all of the flavors we have tried so far. The flavor profile is very simple. I wish I had seen the dulce de leche or cajeta flavors before I ordered the caramel. We will never use this syrup, but guests will often ask for caramel when we make espresso drinks for dinner parties, weekend brunches, etc. Hazelnut. This is just ok. It did not have enough nuttiness for our taste. We generally use hazelnut syrups very often, so we were very surprised. We all felt that the sweetness overpowered the nuttiness. I will likely send an email asking if they have other hazelnut products that we might like better for our coffee drinks because we are very impressed with the quality of the syrups - just not the flavor profiles of caramel or hazelnut. But hey, four out of six flavors were amazing. Amaretto. Wow. Just wow. This actually tastes like amaretto. This is an absolutely fantastic syrup. The quality of this particular syrup makes me want to try all of their nonalcoholic liqueur syrups. Jamaican rum will be up next! Butterscotch. This is the family favorite. Every single family member who was here over the holidays loved this butterscotch in their espresso drinks. We’ve tried other butterscotch syrups in the past, and nobody wanted to drink them. I bought this on a whim because I love butterscotch, and it was a real surprise hit. I thought it would be our least favorite, but it’s #1. Everyone was putting this in their lattes and drizzling it over ice cream and brownies. Flavors we plan to try next: cinnamon, coconut, Jamaican rum, cajeta, and dulce de leche. We’ll add these flavors to our review after we try them.
Review: Certainly different but not bad at all - Bottom line up front: If you desire something that tastes like Coke or Pepsi or the generic clones thereof, seek elsewhere; this product is not for you. To abuse an old sci-fi reference "It's cola, Jim, but not as we know it." After mixing it with cold water in the proportions recommended and tasting it, I would say that it actually is cola-like but with strong herbal overtones (one of which I can only describe as kind of pine-y) and a noticeable bit of bitterness alongside the sweetness is perceptible because of the much lower sugar content compared to the major brands. By the end of the first glass and with the impression reinforced by another glass a day later, I had decided that I enjoyed the herbal flavor, enough so that I'll buy another when this bottle runs out. However, I will admit it was something I had to actively contemplate for a bit and I certainly am not surprised that other reviewers have decided it wasn't for them. It is definitely a flavor that is off the beaten path but sometimes, like in this case, that's not a bad thing. Try it if you're feeling adventurous.

### ⭐ Regret this purchase!
*by L***A on December 3, 2012*

I purchased the Chai Amoretti syrup along with their pumpkin pie syrup and deeply regret the purchase. Both flavors are not enjoyable, but this one in particular is extremely bitter and leaves an awful aftertaste. I have tried using this many different ways in my coffees and teas and every time I use it I regret it, swiftly toss out that drink and make another. I bought these products in an effort to make enjoyable drinks at home to save money from purchasing expensive drinks at shops. However, it has proven to be a complete waste of money, space and has been very unenjoyable. For an investment of about $30 in Amoretti products, it is an absolute disappointment. If I were you, I would think twice about purchasing this for yourself, as it seems very enticing and promising, it is a very bad product. I wish I could get a refund and likely think that is how you will feel as well. Save your money and time now. EDIT: Great customer service. They really want to do anything they can to help you enjoy their products.
