- Combines Classic I3 Construction and Sovol New Design: The SV06 is the only I3 structure on the market and is the same as P.r.u.s.a. Unlike many 3D printers that operate on wheels, the classic I3 construction eliminates the need for wheel wear and repeated replacements, which is widely applied in the industry In order to make this 3D printer usable at home, it has a modular design that can be easily assembled in five steps
- Planetary Dual Gear Direct Drive: The all-metal direct drive extruder of the planetary dual gear set has been developed by Sovol, providing SV06 with a high drive ratio and lighter motor to help you achieve more precise extrusion. 6.5:1 deceleration ratio and powerful push output make filament feed smoother, more stable & accurate printing, greatly reducing the problem of nozzle jamming and extrusion. We also added a large external knob to allow filament to pass through to the nozzle for improved maneuverability
- (High Temperature Printing Available) All metal hot-end set-up allows printing up to 88°F (300°C). Not only does it replace PTFE, but it also requires no firmware flash, making printing easier and better materials. (Enclosure is required if printing above 260 degrees Celsius. )
- 25 Point Automatic Leveling: The induction sensor automatically detects 25 metal print beds and corrects unevenness of heated beds. Precise detection and compensation makes the bed completely flat, making preparation work easier, and greatly improves print success. Note: When slicing, set the initial layer to 0.3mm, you can print a better initial layer, which helps to make the filament close to the plate
