The rules were fairly straight forward to learn and the instructions were well done and explained the game very well. Reminds me very much of euchure. My 9 & 10 yr olds play it and they caught on quickly ## Features - ユニークなキャラクター力を持つ、おなじみのトリックテイク力。 | | 商品の入り数 | 1 | | 商品の特徴 | ポータブル | | 商品の重量 | 0.16 キログラム | | 商品スタイル | クラシック | | 商品本体サイズ | 10.2 x 3.2 x 15.9 cm | | 商品種別 | 森の中の狐カードゲーム | | 型番 | 0574RGS | | 容器の種類 | ボックス | | 対象年齢 | 大人 | | 材質 | 木材 | | 材質タイプ | 木材 | | 梱包タイプ | スタンダード パッケージング | | 発売年・モデルイヤー | 2017 | | 組み立て式 | いいえ | | 色 | マルチカラー | | 言語 | 英語 | ## Product Details - **テーマ:** おとぎ話 - **ブランド:** Renegade Game Studios - **プレイヤー数:** 2 - **対象年齢:** 大人 - **材質:** 木材 ## Images ![Renegade Game Studios The Fox in the Forest Card Game - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71vQYociKcL.jpg) ![Renegade Game Studios The Fox in the Forest Card Game - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51sQVBTLmhL.jpg) ![Renegade Game Studios The Fox in the Forest Card Game - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51CoDKo5UKL.jpg) ![Renegade Game Studios The Fox in the Forest Card Game - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61bfeBFfgmL.jpg) ![Renegade Game Studios The Fox in the Forest Card Game - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81EKDtnCcLL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: what is a trick-taking game?** A: It is a game in which different cards have different values. Players display their cards one at a time--an action referred to as a trick. Of the cards displayed, that with the highest value wins, that is to say, takes the trick--they player to whom the highest value card belongs collects the cards displayed by all the other players on that trick. This action is repeated for the number of cards held by the player. Look up the rules of bridge, hearts, spades, etc. to get a fuller description of a trick taking game. **Q: Would this game be good for an adolescent-aged kid (or an adult) as kind of an introduction to Bridge? I found bridge hard to learn. Would this help?** A: Yes. With a clear rulebook with good examples this game will be easier to learn. Plus there are only 3 suits and two players, so less to track overall. It will take some time to get good at the game though so don't get frustrated. **Q: Whats the difference between the basic and premium pack?** A: First I've heard of it. I even checked BGG and there is nothing about a premium addition. Probably just a seller trying to make his product sound better to get your busines. **Q: What are the tokens for, I have no board in this set?** A: Keeping score. There isn't a board, you just use them to track your score. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great of older kids *by K***S on 2021年1月17日にカナダでレビュー済み* Great game for older kids. The rules were fairly straight forward to learn and the instructions were well done and explained the game very well. Reminds me very much of euchure. My 9 & 10 yr olds play it and they caught on quickly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to learn if you like spades *by R***A on 2023年10月3日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済み* My husband and I and the rest of my family who is now grown up, always love playing games. I was looking for something other than that gammon or cribbage that could be played by two people. Since we love playing spades with the family when they’re here, I decided to try this one. Fox in the forest is very pretty, easy to learn, and plays similar to spades, but the special Cards And the different goals make it more fun. It’s good if you watch a tutorial on how to play and then play it at least four times to begin to understand the strategy. It’s a little more complicated than it looks to get the feel of it. In spades all you’re doing is trying to get exactly the amount of tricks that you bid you could take. In fox in the forest you were trying for a targeted area and trying to keep your partner in another part targeted area by using the special cards. I really recommend it for people who want to play a game that doesn’t take very long. It’s the perfect thing to throw in your suitcase for those nights in a motel where you order dinner in and don’t wanna watch TV. ## Frequently Bought Together - Renegade Game Studios - The Fox in the Forest Card Game (0574RGS), A Trick-Taking Game for 2 Players, Age 10 and Up, 30 min Playing Time, Compact Size is Perfect for Travel, Teen & Adult Game Night - Codenames: Duet - The Two Player Word Deduction Game by CGE Czech Games Edition --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.br/products/743665678-renegade-game-studios-the-fox-in-the-forest-card-game](https://www.desertcart.com.br/products/743665678-renegade-game-studios-the-fox-in-the-forest-card-game) --- *Product available on Desertcart Brazil* *Store origin: BR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
