We squeezed the flat spots as we can. how does it work?** A: my mom can't get it open either, I just twist it realllly hard (without holding down the flat spots) and the plastic things inside lid will break then you can twist on and off easily. But doesn't address inflammation *by S***3 on August 10, 2025* While this roll-on works great to minimize pain and is easy to apply in a wide variety of locations, I've learned that it doesn't decrease inflammation as Voltaran and its generic versions do. Still it is far more handy and easy to apply and it acts quickly. I has extremely satisfied until I found out that it didn't reduce inflammation, which is an issue in many pain situations. Still, however, I have it on hand. It's so handy! The roll-on is a great thing!! Doesn't smell or get all over you hands like Voltaran does either.
