I have 2 Teenage sons, and their room smell like two teenage sons! For some reason, I could not get the smell of football locker room from their bedroom. Also, the closet smelled musty from gym clothes. I placed this machine in their room and opened up their closet. It ran for one hour, and I waited an hour to go back in the room post treatment. The machine smell was still real strong, it smelt like outdoors after a rain. The smell reminds me of when I was growing up, and we had to line dry clothes outdoors . But the boys room was totally fresh for the first time since high school started! I was also able to freshen up our home gym, which stays close up because it does not have windows. This was well worth of money, and it is portable and very light. The phone app is completely user friendly. It is password protected. You set the room size. Then, you have an option for pollutants, (You can pick as many as applies to your room situation). ie. mold, odor, virus, etc. Then the last option you have to pick is the cycle. Your machine will not turn on, unless you verify that no one is in the room. The purchase come with door tags to remind others not to enter while cleaning. The machine itself is not very sexy, but it gets the job done! So,I will be making it look great with some pink vinyl and fur lol.

**Q: Can ozone also clear mold?  Mold spores?  Mold toxins?**
A: If the mold on the wall is out in the open, such as visible on the wall, the ozone will kill the visible mold on the walls as well as the spores in the air. After several uses of the ozone machine, the mold will change color...gray to white, and you can then clean it off with bleach If the mold is behind the wall, it will not be exposed to enough ozone to eliminate it. So, if possible, you would have to eliminate the mold behind the wall in order to eliminate it permanently.

If you cannot remove the mold from behind a wall, you will need to use ozone periodically to kill the spores in the air as they form. That should prevent mold from growing elsewhere.

If your house is very humid or damp, despite using a dehumidifier, mold will likely form regularly. In that case, use the ozone regularly to kill the spores in the air.

**Q: Is this enough for a 1500sqft house?**
A: Yes, suitable for area up to 2,000+ sq. ft .

**Q: Are there replacement ozone plates available for purchase, when the plate eventually is worn out?**
A: Please search B07TZ1WQML for the replacement plate. 
The ozone plate is washable and reusable, you can wash and resue the ozone plate first. Take out and wash the pre-filter at the back whenever it gets filled with dust. Put it back when dry. Keep the unit in a cool,dry space when in storage. 

The ozone plate is meant to be used for years. Only change the plate when the blue light on it gets much weaker than before and you can’t smell as much ozone as before.

**Q: How does this machine generate ozone? Does it have UV light?**

There is an ozone plate filter installed inside the machine. Once the device is powered on, the ozone will generate from the plate. 
Ozone (O3) is a powerful sterilizer. When odors, bacteria or viruses meet ozone, oxidation reactions occur and both parties are destroyed. Ozone essentially reverts back to oxygen. Therefore, even though exposure to high concentrations of ozone could do harm to humans and pets, it won’t last long in the air. Just remember to open doors or windows to allow ventilation for at least 30 minutes after use, or turn on the air conditioning during the treatment if you use it in the basement. It could sterilize the air-conditioning system as well. 
No UV light included.

I am very happy with my order! This little machine is a powerhouse for removing odors and pollutants from the air. I have 2 Teenage sons, and their room smell like two teenage sons! Would have gotten 5 stars but the unit only lasted 1.5 years. Still got 4 stars because the customer service was great and sent a replacement since it was under warranty still.
