I would… and did! - If you’re looking for a reliable, well built, portable Bluetooth keyboard, but perhaps don’t want the case-integrated ones, this is your keyboard. Packs down to almost nothing, almost as small as my iPhone. Has a great keypad that can also double as a mouse, which I found quite nice to use. I don’t often need a keyboard when traveling with my iPad, but since this has such a great battery life and is easy to pack, I find myself bringing it along and pulling it out more often. I would buy this again in a heartbeat if mine Broke, although I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Note: can I add that I personally like the reposnse of the keys. I’m sure someone who knows keyboards better would maybe disagree with me, but I like the click, the spacing and the response time of the Bluetooth connection. Review: The best portable keyboard I’ve tried out of a dozen models - This keyboard is amazing. Not only is it very solidly built, it has all the necessary features for routine road warrior use: up to three Bluetooth profiles, long battery life, USB-C charging, and very compact folded size. The drawstring cloth carrying bag is a nice touch. The only negative, which wasn’t promised originally by the product description, was that I couldn’t also use it USB-connected keyboard. That would’ve been convenient, but not essential. I’ve tried more than a dozen portable keyboards over recent years, and all of them suffered from serious quality and durability issues. Few of them lasted more than six months. This one is sturdy enough that I think it will easily last a couple of years. ## Features - 【Your On-the-Go Command Center】Turn your ipad into a laptop. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Likely the best in a niche product category. *by J***L on August 7, 2026* I just onboxed today, and am overall quite impressed. I purchased it primarily to use with my 7th generation iPad mini around the house and when traveling. I had a very similar folding keyboard/trackpad combo that I bought three years ago. This one is definitely a huge improvement. The keys are comparable to normal size, and there is no “split” on the spacebar or other keys due to the folding mechanism. The trackpad seems to be better than most for this type of product. But still a far cry from Apple trackpad level. The click and drag is not too heavy. 2-finger scroll seems to require a level of precision I’m not used to needing on a Magic Trackpad. I *really* wish this had double-tap and drag, or press-and-hold to drag. I’m not sure if these are proprietary limitations to Apple, or perhaps a limitation in the trackpad APIs for iPadOS. Nonetheless, the trackpad seems good enough to satisfy my use case…will just need to key my iPad mini at arm’s length in case the scroll gets finicky. Finally, I saw a commenter lamenting the control key limitation. I have not encountered this. Commenter, if you read this, try toggling through “FN-tab”, which switches between “normal” and two different FN-lock settings. Control key works fine for me with other combinations, though my use cases don’t involve key commands requiring FN-control. In addition to the above trackpad quibbles, a few suggestions for an updated version: 1. Increase the trackpad size vertically. There is some “dead space” that could become more trackpad. 2. Have then entire surface be “clickable” allowing for easier click-to-drag. 3. Add a Function-Lock indicator light. It seems a strange absence given the other indicators present. All in all, I am very pleased, and will be keeping this product. It is portable, quite high quality, and I think it’s as good as you can get for 3rd party trackpads of this sort at the moment. Would love to see a firmware update to add trackpad features should iPadOS APIs improve in the future. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.br/products/739893840-nillkin-bluetooth-5-0-foldable-keyboard-with-trackpad-and-numpad](https://www.desertcart.com.br/products/739893840-nillkin-bluetooth-5-0-foldable-keyboard-with-trackpad-and-numpad) --- *Product available on Desertcart Brazil* *Store origin: BR* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
