And I'll tell you what, I've been able to eat everything! Steak, corn on cob, burgers, all my favorite foods, with no problems, and it lasts ALL day long! I've tried everything else on the market and found they were all a waste of money compared to adhesadent. I've read the reviews of positive and negative. I found the negative reviews were left by people who may not know the best way to apply this, is performed the way I do to get the product to work so well. So I'm here to help. I only have upper dentures, and this is how I apply. First apply 3 light srips to denture, (you dont need much) then using a toothpick I spread the paste evenly over the whole pad of dentures. 2nd, I fill a small container with Luke warm water, enough to cover the denture. I drop them in for 20 seconds to activate the paste, while activating I rinse my mouth with warm water to help further activation. 3rd, remove denture from water bath and pop them in, pressing upwards with both thumbs into gums, remove any overflow out of mouth with a quick swipe of finger behind denture. Now they will last all day guaranteed. If you eat a tough steak, they can come slightly loose, but hey, who likes tough steak. Hope this helps those who actually read reviews upon purchase.
