## Overview

Shiloh Farms Organic Spelt Flakes come in two 16-ounce bags of quick-cooking, rolled spelt flakes. This organic cereal grain, dating back over 7,000 years, offers a sweet, nutty flavor and hearty texture. It’s sustainably farmed with less fertilizer and natural disease resistance, making it an eco-conscious choice. While not gluten-free, spelt is easier to digest than common wheat, appealing to those with gluten sensitivities. Perfect for a nutritious, quick breakfast alternative to oats.

## Description

Add 1 cup flakes to 2 cups of boiling water. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed and the desired consistency has been reached. This product was packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, soy, and tree nuts.
