It’s a OO flour has lower gluten content and lack of glyphosate, traditional farming method made in Italy. It’s different than the American flour. It’s also fermented that breaks down gluten and makes it easier to digest. I would recommend this product to everyone. I have really noticed a difference it in my hands.
