A: Thank you for contacting us for confirmation. This item is listed incorrectly as capsules, however this product is a quick dissolve powder.

**Q: Is this in capsule format or powder?  The description states capsules but the picture shows powder.  Thank you.**

**Q: Why is the jar only filled half way?**
A: The NeoCell - Derma Matrix is sold by weight and not volume.  There should be 6.46 ounces in the bottle or 30 scoops.  Sometimes the powder will settle in the shipping process and needs to be "fluffed" by shaking the closed bottle.
