Review: Descent Battery Life - I have several of these flashlights and keep them in car visor, go-bag (as back-up) and in work bag. I never tested for battery life and decided to do that yesterday. I turned it on while watching TV and set my timer on phone. Went for a full hour with some diminishment in output but was still working fairly well. I tested it with the batteries it came with assuming they would not be the best quality batteries but an hour was more than I thought I would get so overall pretty happy. Another note, it's a little too big for me for a keychain light but for that purpose I use the Olight i1R 2 EOS which is USB powered. Good size for a keychain without being obtrusive and has two brightness settings. Will have to test that one next.

It’s not one-handed, but I like the twist on/off, and there’s no switch to break. The head is tight enough that it hasn’t unscrewed in my purse or pocket. There are ridges around the head and some on the body, but I wish it had knurling for an even better grip. Glad I got bronze as it’s easier to see than black. It’s still on the original alkaline battery but later I’ll use L92 or Eneloop.

It’s simple, small for an AAA light, and weighs little more than half an ounce with battery. Nice little bright light!!! Easily manipulated with one hand, small enough not to interfere with my keys, and bright enough to see a few yards. Glad I got this instead of rechargeable ones
