Review: The best - I buy these repeatedly- best heat pads out there. Good adhesion, gentle heat all day. I can work, move while wearing without issue.
Review: Doesn't work - I previously used ThermaCare products which worked great but this time there was no heat, so I think it was not stored properly which might be the reason the wraps were not hot.

**Q: Can one patch be used several times?**
A: Not really.  They activate when you put them on and are only warm for a set period of time.  Once that time has passed, they really can't be reused.

**Q: Does the adhesive contain latex?**
A: I’ve never had a problem but check the box and it should state ingredients in patch. It’s sold over the counter so look for it in any drug store, Walmart or Target

**Q: how big are these ?**
A: There are no measurements on the box but they will fit around elbow, ankle and shoulder.  They are a good ize but not huge.

**Q: why are there 4 in a box when other types only have 3 in a box**
A: Smaller size
