It did not work for me. I emailed the seller to ask for help because I'm not very tech savvy. They immediately sent me a usb microphone at no charge without asking me to return the other microphone. The chromebook recognizes the microphone, the audio is all the way up, and the microphone power light is on, but still no go. I bought it for video chats, but it is not working for me. Perhaps it's my chromebook. I would definitely do business with NEWHAODI again as their customer service is absolutely excellent. My guess is it's user error, and NEWHAODI has done everything possible to ensure a positive experience with them. I cannot say enough about their great customer service. Review: great value - mic is well packaged. The instruction included is REALLY helpful, even fix the problem of my other input device ^_^. Mic is clear, it picks up the voice very well. I usually speak in low voice and it works great even in distance. Button: it is ON/ OFF, means like plug in / out. So you know what happens if u use a laptop.
