**Q: Can this be used outside?**
A: I use it outside for 2-3 months in the winter here is Wisconsin.  I put it in a spot that has no shield from the wind.   I use the foot of my heavy patio chair on the base and it stays upright.  We get a lot of snow and freezing rain and it looked brand new after last winter.  It did get frozen in place most of the winter.  My daughter uses it in her room the other months.

**Q: One of my trees has gone so dim it almost looks like it went out.  it’s a 6’ tree. i have 8 sets. what should i do?**
