I honestly thought it would be more of a toy but it's more like a sewing machine with different tension settings, etc. It comes with 4 small starter rolls of yarn that are not really attractive colors but good enough to get started to figure out how to use the machine. There's even a qr code to a video to learn how to thread the machine to get started so you don't have to guess how to use it.

My rating would be a -0! This is a horrible product! Two of the needles broke and I only made 2 hats on the cheap thing. I wasn't rough with it, took it slowly and gently. It skipped many stitches too. Please do not waste your money on this!
