They are way faster than standard drill bit! ### ⭐ Broken on second hole *by J***Y on March 28, 2026* Both shattered. I used coolant, and drilled a 3/16” pilot all the way through the 3/4” mild steel. Ran on a med-low speed, and gently let the cutter do the work. I did not force it down. About 1/3” into the 3/4” steel it shattered. Both 1/2” cutters drilled one hole each perfectly. I removed the cutter after each had drill one hole. Inspected it. Removed the guide pin, making sure there was no residue steel wedged between the pin, and the inside of the cutter. But both failed on their second hole.
