I've never had an oil filter for my DR650 come with an oil filter gasket. Looking at the parts diagram there is an o-ring that goes on between the filter and the oil inlet it is part number 09280-15007 and the cover gasket is 09280-72001. I have gotten replacements at the local suzuki dealer for like $6, but they are all over the internet.
