Review: Burning Black Opal. - BEAUTIFUL! This is all 12 packets. The colors are VERY VERY muted in this video. The REAL colors are deeper blues, purples & turquoise. Sometimes the flames look chrome white if you can imagine that. This is a propane fed fire ring which is the ONLY way to really fully enjoy the colors. Turn up the gas and the flame looks chrome white... turn down and it looks like black opal. Look for a hot spot flame in the lava rock and just place the packet right on top of it. Yes it stinks of chemicals... but the "visuals" from the living colors is intense. Sounds crazy... but it's just friggin cool looking. And NO... you will NOT roast marshmallows over it.

A: To my knowledge it only comes in the color it’s offered

**Q: What is the chemical composition of this product? Is it on the box?**
A: I think it is but we use it in the desert wilderness at our other property to entertain the grandkids. Sorry I don’t have the box here to answer your question.

BEAUTIFUL! This is all 12 packets. The colors are VERY VERY muted in this video. The REAL colors are deeper blues, purples & turquoise. Sometimes the flames look chrome white if you can imagine that. This is a propane fed fire ring which is the ONLY way to really fully enjoy the colors. Turn up the gas and the flame looks chrome white... turn down and it looks like black opal.
