As the name suggests, this is a solid cologne that comes in a small metal tin with a slide-off lid. You press your finger into it, scrape a small amount, warm it between your fingers, and apply it wherever you want. The tin is compact enough to toss in a pocket or bag if you wanted to reapply on the go, though I personally leave it at home.What really sold me on this is that my wife has allergies to most traditional spray colognes. This one is much more subtle and doesn’t overwhelm the room. It also has a noticeably shorter lifespan compared to spray-on colognes, which is actually a plus in this case. It smells good when applied, fades naturally, and doesn’t linger aggressively. Viking Revolution offers several scent options, including some unexpected ones like “sweet tobacco,” which sounds questionable but actually smells quite nice.Overall, this is a solid (pun intended) option if you want something low-key, easy to control, and less likely to offend sensitive noses.
