The product arrived in good condition and I find it easy to use. It seems to be of good quality and can easily be folded to be placed in a vehicle. The wheels are easily locked. when I recently fell and was able to get up with the only help of this product because I was able to lock the wheels and it stayed sturdy. The wheels are a little too wide, but that may be a real safety issue, I can’t say it’s not a good thing. My dad loves it, it makes him stand up straight when he's walking, making him breathe easier when getting exercise. Goes over rough paths well. We had to adjust the brakes, but everything else was great
