The construction is good and the material is good as it is not foam and I had developed an allergy to the others that I have tried with the stretchy foam. With those I started getting red spots on my face in certain spots but when I quit using them and switched to this one the spots went away and have not returned. I will be using this one from now on. Will this fit ok?** A: I'm about 28 inches or more depending on where you measure on top. You can adjust it toward the top of the middle of the head or move it slightly back for better pressure. The material stretches, and the Velcro straps are very sturdy. I always knew I had a big head from my hat size, and was concerned about this fitting myself, but it fits just right with plenty of room if head was bigger. Easy to put on. I do find the back of the head Velcro straps pinch my head/neck so I have to wear that very loosely. Almost wish there were none there. I think it's there not to easily slip off. Both places are adjustable to wear tight or loose. BTW...the ears are easy if you put on the device slide it left or right to position your ears then strap the back. Oh...and I do have fairly big ears too! {LOL} **Q: Can I use it for my dry mouth?** A: This chin strap works primarily on open-mouth breathing, and when used correctly, it effectively closes the mouth during sleep to stop snoring. The product works great, but if you've got facial hair (I have a half inch beard) it itches like hell until you get used to it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Experiment to Get the Most Comfortable Fit and it Works Great *by J***S on March 6, 2025* After trying several different chin straps, this is my favorite model because it is adjustable with velcro at the top and back, and it has large ear holes. It slightly helps with snoring, but it definitely keeps my mouth closed for better sleep. The first few nights I had it strapped too tightly and it was uncomfortable. After loosening it a bit, it worked much better. It's best to tighten it only enough to keep the mouth lightly closed. There's no need to force the mouth to close hard. When removing in the morning, only undo the back straps and not the top, so it's easier to put back on the next night.
