Having used SamKnows.com (A very good source for UK broadband information) to work out what speeds I should expect from my exchange (Around 2.5 - 7Mbps) once the Sky 10 day router training period was over, i was horrified to see speeds of just 800Kbps. So I started checking everything in the connections. I changed out the adsl RJ11 cable, ensured I had good test on the BT Main Socket, no interference on phone - All these beared no significant improvements on speed.The only thing left was the micro filter. I bought this microfilter and installed at the master BT Socket. I am now seeing speeds of 1.6Mbps - Double!!!!! (1536Kbps) which I am still not happy with, however this is an issue I need to take up with Sky.Excellent product and excellent service by the seller.
