Remember to order a 1/2 sz smaller, like all true combat boots. *by L***E on July 31, 2015* Outstanding pair of of military boots. I've worn many in USMC, and these are some of the best. Excellent quality! I ordered a half size smaller, as you should almost always do with military boots, and they fit perfect. Love the eyelets, very fast! I would put longer laces on them, however. The tongue is heavily padded like a basketball shoe, you don't normally find that in a regular combat boot, but these are intended to be a fast moving boot, designed for US Special Operations troops and are used by Marine Raiders. This Amazon version does NOT have the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor burned into the side, however, that the Marine Corps. requires for uniform wear, as this way other branches and civies may buy them. I bought them 2 years ago.
