The fact that it just couldn't compete with my 2009 Sony ES model (sound wise) And the fact that it did not have a proper FM connection like the ES model had, meant I had no choice but to return it for a full refund. Fair play to Amazon for their very good return service. Not often I need to return anything. I am now happy enough to wait until Sony hopefully bring their higher end ES models to the UK and Ireland.
