**Q: Every Esse I've purchased has been clumpy, uneven & a nightmare to apply. Chips quickly even with top coat. Am I missing something about how to use?**
A: Umm.. ok listen it has been a nightmare to me too but to be honest you can look for ways of how you can do that without messing oh and if you want a tip from me , you can apply a petroleum jelly around your nails and after applying your nail position you can remove them with an ear stick

**Q: looking for color number 1512..name is off my bottle but looks like this color, lady like, pink mauve**
A: Number on my lady like is 316

**Q: I received it and it seems fake it had a terrible strong spell that I inhaled and the bottle is very different compared to my Essie bottles**
A: Same! Just tried it today and thought it just can't be the original. It also took forever to dry and small bubbles appeared after that. So bad that I wish I can just return it.

A: It smells no different than any other nail polish.
