This does the trick for me. Nice even compression all round without cutting me in half so I can wear for hours at a time. Overall it’s just thin enough to sit within my trouser waistband so it doesn’t ride up. I’m M slimish size 32. It took me a while to work out that you need to release the Velcro side straps completely off the belt when you initially put on the belt THEN pull the compression straps across to suit your needs. My only negative is the Velcro on the belt closure itself is too lightweight for the job and it does slowly pull apart after a while if you’re moving about.
