I felt that this was all part of getting older. I swapped my uncomfortable work supplied boots for my old favourite, but these provided only a little assistance. I decided to invest in a new pair of insoles , and am so glad that I made that decision. Finally my toes ,feet ,knees and lower back feel more flexible and pain free following a day’s work in a warehouse. Moving forward I will listen to my feet and get insoles every couple of months or whenever my insoles become worn out.
