**Q: Im confused. It says theres 50ml in this but to take 20 drops in a drink. Is each drop a ml? If so it wouldnt last long**
A: Bottle is 50ml. Drops substantially less. I take 30 drops every few nights. It lasts a month. Tastes disgusting but works for a while. Preferred it before hops added. After a month it seems to stop working so I take a break and then I’ll go back to it. It really does taste awful but if you are desperate for sleep...!

**Q: If used as stated how long would a bottle last.**
A: I only use Dormosan occasionally.   At three in the morning and it seems that your brain is in overdrive is the time to think of a remedy.    30  drops in a little water. Perhaps a sweet or a teaspoon of honey will help the tast.  Or a drink of water.
It takes about half an hour to work and you will wake naturally, or to your alarm clock.  There is no after effects and you wake refreshed.     A bottle will last for months  if used occasionally.
I would recommend it.

**Q: can this product upset your stomach**
A: It has never given me an upset stomach. On the A. Vogel website it says “The following minor side effects can occur when using this product: feeling sick, stomach discomfort. These are often short-lived and should go away by themselves. However if they are troubling you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.” Their website has a phone number you can ring for advice.

**Q: Why is this not for under 18s?**
A: Hi there, it contains alcohol (ethanol - the basis of many alcoholic drinks) and has an extremely strong effect so personally I would recommend you get something aimed more at under 18s.

I can feel its effect during the day whilst I am taking it on a demanding day. It also relaxes for sleep! I would definitely buy again. I used to take valerian root drops only but combining with hops it does help more.

As I use Valerian for my dogs, thought I'd give it a go for myself.After taking a 30 detox diet product for a few days, that was way too strong (for me), I was quite ill for a week, now can't sleep.So I'm taking nearly 30 drops, per directions (as it comes out quite fast, don't want to overdose lol) I'm getting to sleep quickly & staying asleep, which I haven't done for quite a while. I was waking up numerous times, for any noise, now I'm sleeping dead to the world. 😆Tastes not great, my cat Weirdly tries to get his head in the cup afterwards.I've only used this for sleeping, not for stopping me from being irritated by Fireworks that seems to be going off near me randomly every p*ssing week..Yh, very good product. 👍

Headline says it all really. The taste was awful and I am someone who hasn't had sugar for years so thought my taste buds wouldn't be so offended by any 'medicine'. I was wrong. It gets you in the gills as I always say when you feel the need for an involuntary head shake after it has triggered your salivary glands somehow. If you've ever watched I'm Celebrity when they have the bush tucker trial and you've seen how they react, well mine was the same and yet my need for sleep is so great that I endured this every night up until I felt able to sleep without it. If ever there was an incentive to get off to sleep unaided, this would be it.
