Review: Beware: Not Suitable for Use in the UK - I purchased this lock, paid for it to be professionally installed by a carpenter into a brand-new door, only to discover it couldn’t be set up to work. After hours of frustration, I contacted Yale support, only to be informed that the app required to operate the lock isn’t available in the UK! Not only did I waste money on the lock and the installation, but I may now have to replace the entire door due to the specific fitting for this lock. This has been an expensive and infuriating experience. Yale should make it very clear on their product page that this lock is not compatible in the UK. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product if you’re in the UK. Review: Doesn't work in EU - It's a bit weird situation. Bought from Yale desertcart shop, delivered to Lithuania, but can't use it, because it requires Yale Access app, which is not available outside US and Canada. Seems like a common issue, too bad I didn't check reviews. ## Features - TAP & GO WITH HOME KEYS: Using Apple home keys*, accessing your home is now easier and more secure than ever before.
