(Support 3.3～6V power supply). Remember that when connecting the external power supply, you can not access the USB, USB and external power supply can only choose one. Review: great value, small microcontroller with WiFi and LEDC (PWM) support - Be aware if you intend to use LEDC instead of analogWrite for PWM, there are changes between expressif core versions, so LEDC use in V2.0.17 (last one for the older method I used) is way different than in V3.0.0 and up. There are 4 hardware PWM pins 0, 1, and 3,10 on the super Mini. There are channel numbers you can use for each hardware PWM, they can be configured differently if you wish. Use board ESP32C3 Dev Module, USB CDC On Boot Enabled under tools Sometimes it can be hard to get these into Boot mode where a port gets assigned to them. Like they say, press and hold Boot button down while briefly pressing Reset button, then release Boot button. I use this for a camera pan/tilt decoder (then a motor driver H bridge) for those IP cameras with a serial output. Works well. Nice small size fits in camera. Plus WiFi if i ever build a remote pan/tilt. Great value. Ease of use- well, takes some time to get used to them if you use LEDC. Also, servo library doesn't work, so you will have to use Expressf's native code for that function. Review: I don't Understand... - It's a bummer to see these boards only registering 4 out of 5 stars. They do come with some bum factory firmware on them, but once you update that they seem to be pretty good boards. I haven't run through all aspects of the board but it connects to WiFi pretty easily and gets decent range. It has the 4mb flash ram everyone loves, its GPIO pins function as expected and they're far cheaper than anything else I've seen on desertcart. I just bought another pack of them just to make sure I had them on hand if I ever need them. Maybe if your looking for the longest WiFi distance possible then the Xiao might be better for you with its external antenna, but... those are virtually double the price... So far these are working great, does get a little warm to the touch after operating for 15-30 minutes, not biggy for me though. ## Features - Entering download mode: Press and hold the BOOT button of ESP32C3, then press the RESET button, release the RESET button, and then release the BOOT button, at this time, ESP32C3 will enter the download mode. The size was compact perfect for my use case. Using the device was as simple as plugging it into the usb port with Arduino ide. The Bluetooth and WiFi are very stable and easy to use. It draws little power and is very functional.
