Review: No more cutting my fingers - After slicing off the tip of my right thumb, I knew I needed a different mandoline. I found this one. What a perfect slicer. Sturdy. Easy set up. Flexible slicing, matchstick, chop, and julienne. Slices the 8mm I usually prefer and smaller. Safety guard when not in use. Well worth it. Dishwasher safe.
Review: Fun mandoline to use for your kitchen adventures - I purchased this mandoline based on an influencer’s reels. She made it look fun and easy to make some gorgeous salads. I like my previous mandolines that came close to slicing off my fingers, I liked the safety features with this mandoline. No added body parts were added to my salads! There is definitely a learning curve setting it up but once it’s adjusted properly it works great. It’s a versatile tool for shredding cabbage, beets and carrots. It’s not very portable to store and has a fairly large footprint on my shelf. It was easy to clean the blades which were pretty messy from the beets. If you’re making large quantities of shredded or julienne veggies for salads it’s a great time saver. I don’t pull it out for small jobs as I can do the work by hand in the time it takes to get this set up. All in all I have enjoyed using this mandoline.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Safe Mandoline Option
*by A***R on September 23, 2026*

Truly love this mandoline. I have always been nervous about using a mandoline because I didn't want to slice my fingertip. This one is easy to use, safe, has numerous options for cutting (we have done chips and fries), and fairly easy to clean.
