I’ve tried so many different types of earplugs because I am on the spectrum and particularly sensitive to sound. I’ve had these for over a year now and I sleep in them almost every night. They are so comfortable and block out almost all sound without creating that awful suction feeling you can get with some earplugs. The multiple size options mean they fit my ears perfectly and I have had no pain or discomfort from wearing them so much. I also have a daith piercing and they are soft enough to fit underneath it without irritation. I have two pairs now so I keep one next to my bed and one in my handbag. I’ve used them on flights and during exams too and they are ideal, they make everything quiet (so I can focus or relax) but I can still hear just enough to know if an announcement is being made so I know to take them out. They’re the first earplugs I’ve found that actually work without causing pain from wearing them.
