Maybe it was just a worn collet or user error, but see attached photos of what happened when I turned my Dremel on on the lowest setting. The top was the very first attempt and a bit startling to be honest. The next 3 were attempts were with more caution and I managed to get about 10-20 seconds of use. The thinner ones I was able to successfully use.
