They fit fine , but after numerous washings they started to get a little snug and started to bind a little especially on the left side around the "boys". I may have gained a few pounds also. I decided this time I would order a size larger. I have only worn hem one time, but they are much more comfortable, and my "package" is much more comfortable...so far no binding or ride up of the legs, and they fit closer to the waist than the smaller size. I wear a size 36 pant, but the UFM seem to fit a little lower than the pants and ride more on the hips. I have love these underwear so much that I have already ordered 5 more of the larger size.
