A6 has a hex output for using bits. I made the mistake of ordering the A6 and having to return it and ordered the A5 instead. Guess I didn’t read the title properly. You could probably use the A6 if you have an adapter to go from bits to square section if such a thing exists but wasn’t in my socket set. I guess Wera provided the A6 model, as for it being the 1/4 drive version and smaller torque values, it might be used for torquing screws (flat blade, philips, pz, hex, etc). **Q: Does this come with a Calibration certificate** A: Dear Wera Fan, Yes this torque wrench comes with a calibration certificate. Many greetings from Wuppertal, Wera Tools **Q: Is this good for maintaining carbon bike frames? Needs to be accurate.** A: Yes. I use it to limit the torque applied when I connect wires to soft battery terminals. Too high a torque would strip the terminal thread. **Q: does this tool come calibrated** A: There was no calibration certificate.
