I wanted to restore the denim to its original dark denim color. I am happy with the color. I would say that the color is dark navy. I don’t know enough to safely go along with an unknown material or with a jacket. But I highly recommend using it in the wash machine, along with the salt, and following the directions to a T. **Q: Can I ise this on scrubs that I my hisband got white bright off stains on it?** A: You can try. If the fabric is partly synthetic, such as a poly-cotton blend, then it won't accept much dye.
