Yamada + Barouch = perfection - i am a woman in my 30s and i bought this for MYSELF because i fell absolutely in love with yamada's other book "Maybe". the simple, beautiful story mixed with the GORGEOUS illustrations by barouch makes these 2 books the most BEAUTIFUL books that i own. i wish that yamada used barouch for all of his books as i do not like the illustrations of his other books by different illustrators. i cannot recommend these two books enough. they are just stellar. the first book i received was damaged in transit but i contacted desertcart and they promptly sent me out a replacement in that arrived in perfect condition. i am SO SO SO happy to own these breath-taking, stunningly beautiful and comforting/inspiring books. Do not let the cover fool you! This book is NOT just for children. This is something that can and will certainly be enjoyed by people of all ages.
