## Description

In comparison to weights and dumbbells, lateral resistance is one of the functional benefits of resistance band and cable training, and the Lateral Resistor tool takes full advantage of this functionality to challenge lower body muscles in multidirectional strength, balance and agility exercises. For added workout flexibility, Lateral Resistor training can be modified for intensity using these interchangeable cables that come in five resistance levels to continually challenge beginners and advanced users alike.

Review: Great Item - These resistance bands are great for training if you have the right equipment, like the Doorway Train Station or Lifeline Triple Trainer (If you just have two of the basic handles, then you are very limited). With the Doorway Train Station, I can use these 9” bands for chest press, tricep extensions, bicep curls, high rows, low rows, modified lat pulldowns, angled shrugs for mid and upper traps, and so much more. There are uses for the 4’ and 5’ bands, but utilizing such long bands for simpler movements leads to abrasions and general wear and tear (based on how you mount/anchor the bands or stepping on them). It also takes up about 8 feet of space doing a movement like the chest press with the longer bands.

However, i purchased two sets of the 9" 30lbs resistance bands, and when comparing two from one batch against two from another batch there is a big noticable difference. Really lopsidded! Kind of sucks because i wanted to like this a lot but there seems to be some quality control issues.

These resistance bands are great for training if you have the right equipment, like the Doorway Train Station or Lifeline Triple Trainer (If you just have two of the basic handles, then you are very limited). It's only about 6 inches long. Not sure what you can do with that,I took it out the box and put it back so that I can return this useless product.
