Review: Solid, light, cooks well and looks great. - I've only had this for a couple of weeks but so far I love it. It cooks like a non-stick pan but, so far, is much easier to clean. If there is anything left on the pan it comes off with water and a soft cloth. I expected it to be much heavier, like Creuset ware, but this is extremely light. I also prefer to hang my pots and pans because I don't have much space and I can hang this by the open handle. If it's this good after a few weeks I'll order more sizes. They're beautiful, lightweight and cook beautifully.

I've only had this for a couple of weeks but so far I love it. It cooks like a non-stick pan but, so far, is much easier to clean. If there is anything left on the pan it comes off with water and a soft cloth. I expected it to be much heavier, like Creuset ware, but this is extremely light. I also prefer to hang my pots and pans because I don't have much space and I can hang this by the open handle. If it's this good after a few weeks I'll order more sizes. They're beautiful, lightweight and cook beautifully.

The Always Pan is the best pan that I've ever used. I bought my bigger two skillets 2 years ago, use them every day & they're still like they were brand new. My daughter is a young, married mom & I bought her the large Always Pan for Christmas. She loved it so much that she said she wanted the small pan for making omlets so I bought this Pan for her wedding anniversary. They are a bit costly, but to me it's an investment as you get what you pay for.
