They were really helpful initially, offering to ship a replacement out straightaway to any U.S location. However they didn't bother replying after i mentioned I'm in the U.K! 👎 **Q: how long does the filer last?** A: Indefinitely is you look after it by backwashing and sanitising properly. As long as you are following the general ways of what water to use and not (use fast flowing water from the highest point possible), I've found it to be perfect.
