I can't thank you enough.... When I placed the order of this I was in a desperate need of it n only VISSCO had this type of band which is useful for people with tenosynovitis and carpal Tunnel issue together... No other band was helping n I placed an order of this without checking the side .. it was left n I wanted a right one... There was no right side so I had to return it but to my shock there was no return n only replacement.. I spoke to customer service n they said simply reject the order n it will b marked cancelled... So I just requested replacement but in comments I wrote I needed a right side one and not a left .. n the company sent a new product but as I was unavailable my dad simply took the order instead of rejecting...
