Item Type: Power Dome (Fits ReSound SureFit earpieces and SureFit ThinTubes) Material: Silicone Color: Smokey Size: Small = approx. 10mm Medium = approx. 11.5mm Large = approx. 13mm Package Included: 20 x Hearing Aid Domes 1 x Carry Case How to replace domes: 1. Remove the used dome by pulling it off the receiver and then discard it. This may require a bit of force. 2. Push the new dome over the ribbed end of the receiver. 3. Check that the dome is securely mounted by carefully lifting the lower part of the dome and verifying that the collar completely covers the ribbed end of the receiver. Helpful Note: It should be noted that domes have a specific lifespan, after which they must be replaced. Replace hearing aid domes every 2-3 months or when it becomes stiff or brittle. After this period has expired, silicone products do not cover the auditory canal so tightly, which negatively affects sound amplification.

It is on me that I didn’t check the dimensions of these tips. The smallest one is the size of the largest one I am accustomed to. This tip fills the ear canal so much that it blocks out the sound that I have normally been hearing with my own (impaired) hearing. Taking the natural hearing ability away made everything seem muffled. I gave it a day and the gave up. I will say it made listening to an audible book much better when I went on a walk. It blocked out all outside noise so that I was able to hear the story clearly in loud traffic.
