I do have a ranch style home, so I can only review from one story windows. I rinse the window first with a hose and then spray with Dawn Dish Spray. I use the soft cloth like attachment and lightly scrub the window. Rinse and then spray the window with Windex and use the rubber attachment and slide the Windex off with that.
