I have a 30” waist and 32” inseam and skinny legs. The size chart says S, but not sure if the S will be too tight?** A: I had the same size and I tried the size small. They were fairly snug but not too tight. Now I don’t wear “Base Layer” thermal underwear in a larger size. The one other type that I got in medium seems too loose. **Q: What is the inseam for XL?** A: They're cuffed so there's no ride-up.
